"The purpose of the present study was to describe personality trait among 11 subjects were diagnosed with narcolepsyagreement the International Classification of Sleep Disorders (ICSD) and a control group. The narcolepsy is a sleepdisorder, the clinical features are excessive daytime sleepiness, cataplexy, sleep paralysis and hypnagogic hallucinations.This study is descriptive and use the cuantitive method. The instruments are: Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory,Rorschach Test (only specials phenomenoms) and Luscher Test.The results suggest that the narcolepsy group present following characteristic: aesthetic sensibility, exagerate reaction infront of stress, could be suggestion people and personal identify diffusse (Fuzzy). Likewise they have showed an emphasizeself-exigency and perfection, finally they use defense mechanism preferably hipomaniac"
