王实甫通过对《董西厢》中张生之梦的改写重塑了莺莺的女性形象，使之成为 一个无视社会纲常、有意志与决断、只身御敌的超凡客体。从精神分析的角度来看，一方 面，杜确之名承载着张生之欲，另一方面，张生虽对失去挚爱深怀恐惧，但从杜确为其镜 像自我的意义上看，梦境又满足了他。金圣叹对王本梦的改写是对梦者主体欲望无意识的 明晰化。从元稹的《莺莺传》到曹雪芹《红楼梦》对金本的取用，这一表面平淡无奇的梦 保存了被压抑的记忆，亦书写了主体的真实心理，具有无穷的吸引力。
