Résumé 0

"Shannon-Wiener (ISW) was used in con-cotton cultivation conditions untreated, no application of insecticides during the 2006/2007 harvest in the Cerrado, Brazil. Comparison between NUOPAL ® (Boll-gard ®) (Cry1Ac) and its non-transgenic isoline was performed. The index was calculated for the target pest-Bt cotton, non-target pests and natural enemies. Whole plant and cloth Beat: Two methods of sampling were used. As expected, the average number of target pests, especially Pectinophora gossypiella (Saund.) and Alabama argillacea (Hübner) was significantly lower in Bt cotton. In whole plant sampling, the ISW to not target herbivores was significantly higher in Bt cotton. The average number of adults Antho-nomus grandis (Boh.) Edessa and brooding (Fabr.) was significantly higher in NUOPAL ® using the method of sampling the entire plant. However, this same difference was not observed with the method of cloth beat. For natural ene-gos, the ISW and the average number of larvae and adults of dominant predators signficativa showed no difference between Bt and non-Bt. These results confirm the conservation of some tritrophic interactions within the Bt (unsprayed) system and contributes to the management of non-target herbivores sustainable by increasing their natural biological control."
