Résumé
This study investigates the prosodic realization of three-syllable constituents belonging to the ground in thevicinity of constituents semantically distinguished in two ways : either focalized or in the scope of theadverb “only”. Fundamental frequency (Fo) and duration values show that the realizations of the end ofthese constituents is significantly dependent on the presence or absence of a distinguished constituentimmediately following. The realization of its initial and medial parts are more subject to variation but theseare not necessarily dephrased.
