Le SEPAD est un dispositif médico-social proposant un soin à domicile, qui accueille des enfants présentant un retard global de développement.La problématique de la migration y apparaît comme un phénomène universel, dépassant largement la perspective d’une origine étrangère des patients. Cela est mis en exergue par la dynamique spatiale particulière inhérente au travail à domicile.Au travers du cas d’Alice, une enfant « bien française », nous étudions le vécu permanent d’exil rapporté par ses parents et relisons par ce prisme le concept de migration. Nous interrogeons l’intérêt du travail à domicile comme soin spécifique à une situation de « délogement » [6], et la place singulière du pédopsychiatre dans ce dispositif.

The Story of Alice, or the child who should be elsewhereSEPAD is a nursing service offering home care for young children with global developmental delay. The issue of migration appears to be a universal phenomenon, largely exceeding the prospect of foreign patients. This is highlighted by the particular spatial dynamics inherent to work at home. Through the case of Alice, a child who is “very French”, we examine the permanent exile lived in relation to her parents and re-read the migration concept through this lens. We also question the value of working from home as a specific type of care in a situation of “eviction” [6] and the special place of the child psychiatrist in this perspective.

ResumenEl SEPAD es un dispositivo médico-social que propone cuidados a domicilio, y acoge unos niños con un retraso global de desarrollo.La problemática aparece ahí como un fenómeno universal, que supera ampliamente la perspectiva de un origen extranjero de los pacientes. Esto está puesto de manifiesto en la dinámica espacial particular inherente al trabajo a domicilio.Mediante el caso de Alicia, una niña “francesa de pura cepa”, estudiamos lo vivido permanentemente del exilio contado por sus padres y releemos por este prisma el concepto de migración. Interrogamos el interés del trabajo a domicilio como cuidado específico en una situación de “desvivienda” [6], y el lugar singular del pedopsiquiatra en este dispositivo.
