Alleggiu: a lentidão como princípio compositivo e horizonte colaborativo

Resumo: Este trabalho (1) apresenta e discute os pressupostos conceptuais que levaram à composição da peça Alleggiu, (2) documenta o processo colaborativo de revisão e execução da peça, e (3) encaixa a composição e a interpretação da peça num contexto de discussão democrática e horizontal dentro do panorama epistêmico da lentidão. Liberada das conotações negativas associadas a ela pelo discurso do progresso, a lentidão vira dimensão ontológica e epistêmica de resistência, conforme o filósofo Franco Cassano, e também democratiza a colaboração entre compositor e intérpretes.

: In this work we present and discuss the conceptual premises that led to the composition of the piece Alleggiu. Furthermore, we document the collaborative revision process that took place prior to the performance of the piece. Finally, we offer a reading of both the composition and the performance of the piece within the epistemic dimension of slowness. Freed from the negative connotations discursively associated to it by the ideological dogma of progress, slowness turns into an ontological and epistemic instrument of resistance, in line with the thought of Franco Cassano. In addition, slowness democratises the collaboration between the composer and the performers.
