L’anorexique erre entre les représentations fantasmatiques du corps parfait, la demande inconsciente d’amour et le refus du désir, l’alternance de la souffrance et de la jouissance. Ce qui remplit le corps de l’anorexique et sa psyché n’est pas le vide mais un objet particulier, le « rien », « l’ objet a » formalisé par Jacques Lacan, reste de la fusion perdue d’avec le corps de la mère. L’anorexique « désire rien et mange rien » (J. Lacan). Les auteurs se réfèrent au registre analytique de J. Lacan : le nœud borroméen du R.S.I. Réel, Symbolique, Imaginaire. L’élaboration de son image corporelle par l’anorexique ne s’est pas effectuée de manière harmonieuse d’où une image tronquée et un corps auquel est refusée toute intrusion imaginaire, symbolique et pragmatique, de quelque nature que ce soit. En thérapie analytique couplée à l’art-thérapie et à un travail pluridisciplinaire (médicaux et paramédicaux), l’anorexique pourra se détacher des regards et des paroles qui se sont posés sur son corps et leur substituer le regard, l’écoute et la parole bienveillants du psychanalyste, incarnant dans le transfert le grand Autre. Cette position vécue positivement par l’anorexique, donnera plus de substance à son Moi et lui permettra de se réincarner dans son corps propre enfin reconquis.

The elaboration of her body image by the anorexic has not been carried out in a harmonious way, resulting in a truncated image and a body to which any imaginary, symbolic and pragmatic intrusion is refused, of any kind. In analytical therapy coupled with art therapy and multidisciplinary work (medical and paramedical team), the anorexic will be able to detach herself from the images and words that have been placed on her body and substitute them with the gaze, the listening and the kind wording of the psychoanalyst, embodying in the transference the « grand Autre ». This position, positively experienced by the anorexic, will give more substance to her ego and will allow her to reincarnate in her own body, finally reconquered.
