L’invasion de la notion de compétences dans les pratiques de travail, de formation et de gestion des ressources humaines a vu émerger des concepts comme ceux d’organisation formatrice, qualifiante, apprenante ou capacitante. Ces organisations ont toutes en commun de chercher à relier formation et travail dans l’acte même du travail en vue d’aider les individus, les collectifs et les organisations à apprendre. Ce texte se propose de pointer les enjeux de telles organisations et des situations qu’elles participent à produire.

Increased talk of the notion of competence in working and training practices as well as in human resources management has seen the emergence of concepts such as training organization, learning organization, and empowering organization. in these organizations all have in common to try and bring education and work together in the very act of work itself, and to do so in order to help individuals, groups, and organizations learn. This text aims to point out the challenges of such organizations and the situations which they are involved in producing.
