Gérald Kembellec

Gérald Kembellec est maître de conférences en sciences de l’information et de la communication à l’Institut National des sciences et Techniques de la Documentation (INTD) au sein du Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (Cnam). Il est responsable opérationnel du Master Méga-Données et Analyse sociale dans lequel il enseigne la programmation, la structuration de données et les bases de données. Il est animateur de l’axe « Data, médiation et valorisation » du Laboratoire Dicen-IdF. Ses thématiques de recherches sont (1) les données liées (linked data) et leurs usages en contexte scientifique et la prescription informationnelle au travers des (2) systèmes de recommandation, que ceux-ci soit sociaux, data-driven ou mixtes. Il s’intéresse également à l’interdisciplinarité en contexte des (3) humanités numériques et à l’importance du partage des (4) données de la recherche : du contexte de leur production à leur réutilisation. -- Gérald Kembellec is a lecturer in information and communication sciences at the National Institute of Sciences and Technologies of the Documentation (INTD) within the National Conservatory of Arts and Métiers (Cnam). He is the operational manager of the Master Mega-Data and Social Analysis in which he teaches programming, data structuring, and databases. He is the coordinator of the "Data, mediation and valorization" axis of the Dicen-IdF Laboratory. His research's main topics are (1) linked data and their use in the scientific context and informational prescription through (2) recommender systems, whether social, data-driven or hybrid. He is also interested in the interdisciplinarity in the context of (3) digital humanities and the value of sharing (4) research datasets: from the context of their production to their reuse.
