Résumé 0

This data set has been for the detection of QTLs involved in H2S production during alcoholic fermentation. A Bulk segregant analysis strategy has been retained, and genotypic data has been analysed with the BRM software. The dataset contains three files used for BRM: A first file contains the counts of each parental allele in two pools of 16 segregants producing either a low quantity or a high quantity of H2S during alcoholic fermentation (the first line with the column headers should be removed for the analysis with BRM). A second file contains the length of each chromosome. The third file is the parameter set used for BRM analysis. A fourth file provides an annotation of the 59A genome after transfer from S288C with RATT.
