Today's neighbourhood kitchens: a historical digression between consumption and production (1) Georgia is a regular: she comes every Thursday. She's retired, cooking isn't her passion and she doesn't consider herself a particularly competent cook, but she feels at home in this 80 square meter community space, which opens directly onto the street.
