Résumé 0

The purpose of this contribution is to analyze the French Post Office’s new prescriptions about taking emotions into account in training situations. These new injunctions are in opposition to the historical model. We will try to understand this discrepancy across the different dimensions of what constitutes an instructional system in Albero’s sense. It appears that while the place of emotions is revalued in the French Post Office internal discourse, the training engineering struggles to translate them into modalities and practices that include them. Thus, the considerations of emotions expressed in the training sessions we analyzed is partially prevented and the training system does not really allow the expected transition to take place.
