L’accueil du chercheur dans une recherche collaborative

L’article s’appuie sur une recherche doctorale consacrée à l’accueil en travail social « L’accueil : un analyseur des implications professionnelles dans le travail social. Recherche socioclinique en CCAS » (Rougerie, 2015). Cette recherche a pour objet l’accueil, travaillé à partir de l’analyse des implications professionnelles des salariés. J’aborde la problématique de la collaboration en recherche sous l’angle de l’accueil du chercheur, de l’analyse de son implication et des effets provoqués auprès des travailleurs sociaux, agents administratifs ou agents d’animation concernés et associés à la recherche, dans un établissement social de la fonction publique territoriale française. L’analyse de l’implication du chercheur montre la dynamique participative et collaborative volontairement initiée à travers le dispositif de recherche. La dimension collaborative s’acte dans la négociation du travail mené sur le terrain. La posture du chercheur est posée alors comme la clé de voûte de la construction de la collaboration dans la recherche. Elle fait éclore le questionnement de recherche. Cette négociation participe à créer des agirs coopératifs entre chercheur et professionnels. La recherche collaborative devient un espace de co-construction de savoir qui a des impacts sur les pratiques professionnelles du chercheur comme du praticien. Elle produit des connaissances sur la fonction même de l’accueil.

The article is based on a doctoral research on reception in social work: « Client reception: an analyzer professional implications in social work. Socio-clinical research CCAS » (Rougerie, 2015). This research has for object the reception, worked from the analysis of the occupational implications of the employees. I approach the issue of collaborative research from the perspective of the researcher, the analysis of its involvement and of the effects among social workers, administrative staff or animation staff concerned and involved in the research in an establishment head of the french territorial civil service. The analysis of the involvement of the researcher participates in the participatory and collaborative dynamics voluntarily initiated through the search feature. The collaborative dimension to act in the negotiation of the work done on the ground. The posture of the researcher is then posed as the keystone to building the research collaboration. It hatched the search inquiry. This negotiation is involved in creating cooperative acting out between researcher and professional. Collaborative research becomes a space of co-construction of knowledge that has impact on professional practices as the researcher that the practitioner. It produces knowledge about the function of reception.
