Guidance and digital education are hot issues in society, and present problems for teachers. How can research involving teachers and researchers help develop knowledge and new practices on these issues? A research project was conducted in the LéA Germaine Tillion of Sain-Bel in the Lyon academy, the INO (Identité Numérique et Orientation) research, a project of the LéA network from 2011 to 2014. Bringing together four teachers, an educational engineer and two researchers, it has set itself the objective, on the one hand, of producing shareable resources on the themes at stake, and on the other hand, of supporting learning and the potential development of the activity for the project’s actors. This activity is oriented towards the educational aspects of teaching. A qualitative survey is conducted six years after the project. The impact of the project is analyzed from the point of view of the appropriation of the issues at stake during the project, and the development, in the longer term, of symbolic tools and instruments and collective practices.
