Résumé 0

Scientific and clinical (neuropsychological and psychopathological) understanding of dysphasia in children does not make it possible to consider psychological disorders in a model that integrates developmental language disorders, and collaboration between the scientific, diagnostic, and clinical approaches remains challenging. This article describes the context of dysphasia based on a study of how psychological disorders are expressed in four clinical cases of dysphasia in adolescents. The clinical examination proposes an integrated approach using external measurement tools (specific scales) and qualitative observation (Rorschach test and clinical interviews).Intraindividual variation in anxiety-related traits and interindividual heterogeneity in overall psychological functioning are observed, and the psychological problems identified in these young adolescents are seen to be strongly linked to their current relational issues. The description of these clinical cases suggests that the psychological disorders are both a consequence and a component of the language disorder.
