Résumé 0

The originality of this article lies in its differentiation of school bullying and scapegoating during class hours. The purpose of this case study is to analyze in situ the victimization of a student, Younes, during a physical education class. Looking at the anchored situated action we describe and analyse the facts of violence, and their meanings for the participants. The results demonstrate that victims of school bullying are subjected to many acts of violence, physical as well as psychological. Moreover, this analysis highlights that a victim of bullying can also be a scapegoat who unconsciously accepts entering into a process of depersonalization.
