This article focuses on an innovative reflexive training system created in 2016 by the pedagogical direction of a training institute in masso-physiotherapy (IFMK) and called: Practices Analysis Training Group in Rehabilitation (GEAPR). Designed to encourage an integrative work-study programme, the GEAPR seeks to optimize the dialogue between the contributions of the institute (courses, practical work, documentary research) and the complex reality of the profession. Three years after it was set up, we are seeking to understand how students and trainers have appropriated this new job training system. The methodology used is multifaceted: survey, interviews and session observations. The results refl ect a progressive understanding of the system by the various stakeholders. The study shows the extent to which the avenues for improvement put forward bythe students and trainers have not only contributed to a change in the layout of the system but also to the professional development of all those involved.
