Résumé
This article raises the questions of the professionalization of professional development counselors implied by the requirements of the CEP system. This contribution proposes to put back the CEP in its ecosystem, that is to say its regulatory framework, the social and individual issues it responds to, the first assessments of its experimentation, the skills and the professionalization needs induced by job requirements. A conclusion suggests observations and perspectives on the conditions of the development of professionalization by linking them to specific dimensions of the work and training of the counselors.
