"Through thc use of "Total Quality Control," it is possible for busiuesses to generate better products or serviccs at a lower cost, lhus bccoming top compames. Because ofthis, we seek to promote lhe study and application of this tccbuique among agroiudustrial compames. This research was conducted iu an agroiudustrial busiuess devoted to lhe production of meat products. In order to generate data lbe UALAE based melhodology was utilizcd as a stratcgic management tool, which was used to obtaiu an assessment oflhe company that subsequently applied lbe Seven Basic Tools ofQua1ity Management. A questionnaire aimed primarily al lhe production process was crcated to complement lhe aforementioned tools, and finally wilh lhe achieved results a design of a Total Quality Control modcl was developed !hat served to improve operationa1procedurcs ofthis particular company."
