Si le sensoriel, structure première du monde perceptif, se sensualise au contact de l’objet, la sexualité, sur le mode d’une tension, d’une satisfaction, d’une détente, commune à l’oral, à l’anal et au génital, s’organise sur un mode relationnel élaboré, autour d’affects positifs, grâce à la capacité contenante et pensante du monde adulte. Elle abandonne ainsi peu à peu un fonctionnement pulsionnel primitif utilisant les voies sexuelles de manière essentiellement projective.

The sensorial experience constitutes the first structure of the perceptual world., but it becomes sensuality in contact with the object. The sexuality gets itself organized as a tension, a satisfaction, a relaxation shared by the oral, anal and genital levels, on a sophisticated relationship pattern around positive affects due to the containing and thinking capacity of the adult environment.
