Résumé En

The proceedings which the reader just opens is ashared product of many people, beginning withthe authors of plenaries and papers from ThematicWorking Groups (TWGs), the TWG leaders, and endingwith the two editors. So far, the process of editing CERME proceedings hasnot been openly discussed and the editors of previousproceedings approached the task differently. Inorder to take a step forward, we decided to describethe process here in a more detailed way, in particularhighlighting innovations. This might allow the neweditors for CERME10 to follow in our steps and improvethe process further. The work on the proceedings of CERME9 startedimmediately after the conference itself in February2015. Already some weeks before CERME9, all TWGspresentations as well as abstracts of all plenary presentationshad been available on the conference websiteas a kind of pre-conference proceedings. Then, the authors of TWG contributions were advised toelaborate their papers in order to meet the standardof proceedings papers of CERME, in particular, takinginto account feedback they received during CERME9.In the next stage, the TWG leaders evaluated all thepapers and posters and negotiated any necessarychanges with the authors. This stage ended by sendingthe papers as complete bundles to the two editors, including letters of consent that the papers can bepublished in the Hall database (see below).
