The latest official texts lead the coordinators of Local Inclusive Education Unit (ULIS) in french primary school to assume their role as resource people in order to develop an activity who reports to council, coordination or is getting closer to training. How does this activity take place in the work of ULIS coordinators? This is what we have tried to identify in this study which is based on the epistemology and the method of activity clinic. It highlights the dilemmas and difficulties expressed by five coordinators of ULIS and that they overcome, entering a process of transformation of their activity, thus serving the evolution of their professional identity.
