Résumé En

This article deals with a model which enables to define what an online help is. This model was integrated in an online pedagogical device designed to enable Syrian students to pursue a PhD in a French university (Montpellier III). In this paper, the various forms of online help which have been offered over the course of the online training will be presented and an analysis of the impact of those forms of help on the observed students' learning processes will follow. Some adjustments for a subsequent similar experiment will eventually be brought forward.
